Marketing Specialist
Tasks
Main duties & responsibilities:
Collaborate with the product marketing unit on strategy, messaging, product launches, and marketing materials for SMBs and large enterprises.
Optimize SEO, campaigns, ads, and media buying with the growth marketing team, using data-driven insights to boost campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Assist the community management team in managing social media, answering customer inquiries, and fostering interactions on platforms like WhatsApp and Telegram.
Create engaging content in Arabic and English, including blog posts and social media content.
Coordinate with graphic designers, agencies, and internal teams for cohesive marketing materials across channels.
Job requirements
For this role, it is essential that you:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2-4 years of marketing experience with a strong focus on product marketing, growth marketing, or community management, preferably in the technology or e-commerce industry.
Proven track record of successful product marketing campaigns and growth initiatives.
Experience in managing social media platforms and engaging with online communities.
Proficiency in crafting compelling and effective marketing content.
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and metrics.
Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
