We are seeking for an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager to be a key member of our energetic team! As a F&B Operations Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of food and beverage operations, including managing staff, ensuring product quality, and maintaining financial efficiency. Your strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to effectively manage resources will be vital for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day F&B operations and manage teams to ensure excellent delivery service.
• Maintain and enforce product quality and hygiene standards and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Craft strategies to improve service and product quality and boost business growth.
• Provide budget and resource management, including food and labor cost controls.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams for promotional campaigns and events.
• Handle customer complaints and provide corrective actions for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

▪ Prior experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or similar role in an F&B business.

▪ Solid understanding of F&B operations and financial management.

▪ Excellent proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management software.

▪ Exceptional leadership and decision-making abilities.

Education & Experience:

▪ University degree preferably in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
