We are looking for an experienced Assistant Relationship Manager to join our team! In this role, you will assist the Relationship Manager in maintaining and developing client relationships, manage customer queries, and support sales objectives. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centred approach are key to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Relationship Manager in all aspects of client relationships.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure customer queries are handled promptly and accurately.
• Track and record customer interactions, and proactively identify opportunities for sales and relationship improvements.
• Maintain and update customer records and necessary documents.
• Comply with all policies and procedures related to money laundering prevention and group sanctions policy.
• Contribute to achieving sales & revenue objectives through excellent customer service.

Requirements:

▪ Proven experience in relationship management or similar role.

▪ Good knowledge about financing companies and banks.

▪ Strong understanding of financial statements.

▪ Excellent proficiency in Microsoft office.

Education & Experience:

▪ University degree preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
